Job Summary
The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy. This role involves market research, proposal development, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and assess market trends.
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand the company's network.
· Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts in alignment with the company’s goals.
· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for entering new markets or enhancing existing ones.
· Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
· Analyze business performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
· Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.

Our products are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and operated by advanced ERP and MES systems, allowing us to control the entire process – from incoming materials to finished goods.
Before shipping, every sensor is tested for 48 continuous hours by a 9-stage automated system – developed by our engineers to simulate the sensor’s real-world operating conditions.
