Our client is a manufacturing company, now is looking for a Brand Development Manager working in Ha Noi as detail:
- Manage team

- Establish KPIs

- Evaluate staff capacity and identify talent points

- Organize coaching and training for staff

- Research the tendency of market, consumer and competitors in order to plan marketing strategies

- Forecast the results can be reached

- Create marketing programs, pricing strategy and communication strategies

- Develop and maintain the connection with consumers

- Schedule marketing budget

- Develop New Products

- Coordinate closly with other related departments to ensure that the work will be completed efficiency and timely

- Supervise and ensure the marketing efforts are integrated with Brand Marketing Plan

- Implement other tasks as required by higher levels

- Graduated from university

- 30 years old and above

- At least 5 years’ experience in the marketing function, in while, minimum 2 years’ experienced working at the same position in FMCG/ F&B

- Have knowledge about Making marketing plan and Branch Development

- Good at English

- Other requirements
