Assistant Manager Logistics

- Control and support daily operation of the team for import - export to meet KPI.
- Control and arrange cooperation between LSPs to achieve export target (CC, inland transport, air freight forwarding) to avoid delay or faulty.
- Finish daily, weekly, monthly reports and other special reports as requested by management board and customer. Design reporting system, formats for prompt good reports
- Check and satisfy customer's requests within authorized scope. Report, notify and cooperate with related parties to work out measures for any arising mater.
- Arrange workforce and manage team to finish the assigned duties. Arrange studying, training and special team building activities to improve adhesive ability, capability of the team. Work out the methods and schedule for the effective operation of the team; raise the speed and reduce time of working.
- Check the status of production and make daily/weekly/monthly planning for air export activity,
- Coordinate and arrange export shipments according to committed date in order to meet customers’ requirements
- Make sure space is available for all cargo, keep contract with forwarders and managing booking
- Prepare all document for Ocean/Air export (Bills of Lading, IV, PL,..)
- Control Handling activities, and keep update status cargo from Terminal, following the instruction of manager
- Managing and collecting all status of cargo including IRRE case, abnormal cost
- Make sure the shipment schedule/ profit/ team’s performance are always stable and optimal
- Shipment planning for all the items exports/imports
- Tracking of stock status, processing status and shipment status on a daily basis
- Handling with all shipments to ensure timely booking of vessels, provide linkage for arranging forwarding services, timely dispatch of shipping documents etc
- Handling with the factories and warehouse teams to follow up on the processing plans and dispatch plans to ensure timely availability of stocks for the shipments"
