➢ Purchase of equipment for office, stationery, etc...
➢ Book flights, hotels, car arrangement as request and schedule.
➢ Prepare document to do work permit, visa, residence card ... for the expatriates when requires.
➢ Contact to repair malfunctioning equipment in the office and warehouse whenever getting request.
➢ Registration of bank cards for staff employees, registration of personal income tax code whenever having request.
➢ Take care daily catering vendor, canteen, cleaning issue
➢ Monthly payment for vendors
➢ Do other related work as required.
