MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. According to the business planning, undertake the HR strategy of the headquarters, formulate the annual Asia SBU (Oversea) work plan ,and track the implementation.
2. Understand and participate in medium and long-term business strategies, as the strategic core member of the regional business department.
3. Understood business demands and pain points, proactively identified needs and problems with organizational diagnosis and other tools, transformed business needs into HR needs, formulated and implemented a simple and practical HR solution that not only conforms to the company's core values but also matches business needs.
4. Understand the needs of business change, foresee and identify in advance the obstacles and risks in organization, talent and atmosphere during the change process, and provide corresponding change plans for the team to make decisions.
5. Pay attention to customer needs, analyze competitors and industry benchmarks, gain insight into external talent market, find the gap between organizations, talents and atmosphere, provide valuable human resource analysis as the input of long-term business planning, and ensure the close connection from business strategy to human resource strategy.
6. Assisted business leaders in team management, formulated growth plans for team members and talent echelon construction plans, established and maintained a good regional cultural atmosphere, and enhanced the sense of belonging of employees and the cohesion of the team.
7. Responsible for improving the relevant systems and procedures of the regional human resources; responsible for communicating and coordinating with the regional and headquarters to improve the communication and coordination efficiency.
8. Assist the sales HRD to manage the human resources in the region.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Age, sex and nationality: 30 - 40 years old, regardless of gender, Chinese or Vietnamese.
2. Education background and major: bachelor degree or above, no limitation on major.
3. Language skills: English and Chinese are preferred as a working language.
4. Core professional skills: familiar with the process system of human resources, capable of grasping the key factors of enterprise success, such as organization, talents and atmosphere, and translating them into the ability to create value for the enterprise; good at communication & uniting people.
