Crystal Martin (Vietnam) Company Limited – CMVN is the second factory of the Crystal Group in Vietnam, start operation in Mar 2012 and after 5 years, we plan to have 9000 employees. We produce mainly intimate.
Established in Nov, 1970, located in Hong Kong, our first factory is a sweater manufacturing with only 70 employees. After 40 years of development, Crystal Group now have more than 35.000 employees working for many garment factories and representative offices in China, Srilanka, Malaysia, Europe and Vietnam.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

- Assist in managing and continuously improve Company's training system.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing training needs, monitoring and implementing Company's annual training plan.
- Design, organize and evaluate training programs and courses including orientation training, training in corporate culture and soft skills,... ensure training quality and effectiveness.
- Cooperate with internal trainers and training vendors for external training programs and courses.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Fluent in English (4 skills).
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Good at communication, fond of creativity, energetic.
- Experience in Human Resources, Training and Development or related fields prefered.
